1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Voice Keyboard Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Voice Keyboard Pro is developed and operated by Caretopia Network Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voice Keyboard Pro is a voice-to-text application available on macOS and iOS. The App uses a combination of local and cloud-based transcription services to process your audio.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voice Keyboard Pro for personal and commercial purposes on any device you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App.

4. Plans and Pricing

Voice Keyboard Pro offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Voice Keyboard Pro"):

• Free: Limited to 25 transcriptions and 3 AI commands per day. Available at no cost with no time limit.
• Voice Keyboard Pro: Unlimited transcriptions and AI commands, Custom Vocabulary, and Offline Mode. Available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($34.99/year) subscription.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes applied by our payment provider. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page.

5. Payments and Billing

macOS (Direct Download)

Payments for the macOS version are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Voice Keyboard Pro, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except within the 14-day refund window.

iOS (App Store)

Payments for the iOS version are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing via the App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Voice Keyboard Pro is available as a monthly ($6.99/month) or annual ($49.99/year) auto-renewable subscription.
• Free Trial: Free users receive 25 transcriptions per day at no cost.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Refunds

macOS: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions purchased directly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

iOS: Refunds for App Store purchases are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Voice Keyboard Pro for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or usage limits of the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Use automated tools to abuse the transcription service
• Share a single Pro subscription across multiple users

8. Privacy

Your use of Voice Keyboard Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Voice Keyboard Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcriptions will be 100% accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Voice Keyboard Pro, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Voice Keyboard Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Voice Keyboard Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide 30 days' notice via email.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Voice Keyboard Pro at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription.
